Missy Herbert Named One of The Top 50 Women Leaders of Georgia for 2023

, of the firm’s Atlanta office, has been named to Women We Admire’s Top 50 Women Leaders of Georgia list for 2023.
Women We Admire provides news and information on today’s women leaders in business, entertainment, sports, motherhood and many other fields. They cover a broad range of topics and interests aimed at recognizing the achievements of exceptional women.
The list honors the Top 50 Women Leaders of Georgia who are making an impact in the state. This year’s awardees possess an unwavering commitment that plays a part in their success and the development of their fields.
Herbert is a Member in the firm’s Audit Division and the Practice Leader for Warren Averett’s benefit plan audits. She has more than 26 years of experience with employee benefit plan audits and consulting. During her career, Herbert has performed audits and consulting for over 850 plans.
Herbert is also an established thought leader. Some of her previous speaking engagements include the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Annual Conference, the Georgia Society of CPAs’ Employee Benefit Plan Annual Conference and several regional employee benefit plan training conferences.
