Warren Averett Named as a Top 100 Firm, a Top Tax Firm and a Regional Leader by Accounting Today
Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors was recently named to three of Accounting Today’s 2024 lists.
The firm has been named a Top 100 Firm, a Top Tax Firm and a Regional Leader. These lists are ranked by 2023 revenue and other information the firms provide, and they showcase accounting firms that have seen growth and innovation.
To determine the lists, Accounting Today surveyed tax and accounting firms from all over the country. The results provide meaningful insights into the landscape of the accounting profession.
Many firms reported new strategies, such as doubling down on industry specialties and niches, cross-selling, and ramping up advisory services.
Revenue growth came despite challenges ranging from the ongoing struggle to attract and retain talent, the increasing pressure to keep up with technology and growing competition from both inside and outside of the accounting profession.
Warren Averett was ranked #45 on the Top 100 Firms list and placed #3 as a Regional Leader in the Gulf Coast, which covers the states of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi.
Lastly, the firm was included in the list of Top Tax Firms, further distinguishing Warren Averett from other accounting and advisory firms throughout the firm’s local footprints.
