David L. LeGrand, CPA
David LeGrand is a Member in the firm’s Tax Division and has more than 26 years of public accounting experience. David’s responsibilities include consultation and compliance on federal and state corporate and partnership tax matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions and transactional work. In addition, David leads the firm’s State & Local Specialty Tax Practice. His experience includes tax work in the technology, hospitality, and manufacturing and distribution industries. David works with clients to plan for tax-efficient transactions and for opportunities in the law to save tax on ongoing operations year-round. His practice includes extensive experience in tax due diligence projects for both buy-side and sell-side deals. David also works with clients to structure and provide cash forecasting with sale models for corporate and partnership asset and equity transactions.
