Greg Sellers Speaks at Estate Planners’ Webinar

Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors is pleased to announce that Greg Sellers, CPA, AEP® of the Firm’s Montgomery office was selected as a speaker at a National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) educational webinar. The NAEPC promotes excellence in estate planning by serving estate planning councils and their credentialed members and delivering exceptional resources and education.

The webinar, Growing Your Business and Network in a Virtual World, took place on January 20 and was a unique discussion about strategies for interacting in the rapidly evolving virtual space. Sellers spoke to other estate planners about making sure that their practices are effective during everything that is going on right now.

“It was an honor to speak with other estate planners and to help them learn how to evolve their practices during these difficult times,” said Sellers. “I’ve spent years learning the industry and it was gratifying to teach others to grow their skillset in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.”

As a former president of NAEPC, Sellers is well-equipped to help individuals when it comes to their estates and trusts. Sellers has been serving individuals for thirty-five years and served on the NAEPC Board of Directors and the Montgomery (AL) Estate Planning Council. His experience has allowed him to have great expertise that is useful for other estate planners and it has made him an emerging thought leader in his industry.

As an estate planner in Montgomery, he specializes in estate, gift and trust tax planning and compliance. Greg frequently presents on topics such as estate planning, charitable gift planning, college saving plans and collaboration among professional advisors.
