Warren Averett has grown substantially over the last few years to become one of the largest accounting firms in the Southeast, ranking among the top 30 firms in the United States. As the Firm has grown, there developed a need to better communicate our expanded offerings and capabilities, which led the Firm to create Warren Averett 360 (WA360).
Warren Averett 360 is an approach that takes a holistic look at the Firm’s client solutions, so that we can assess their situation and needs and then offer advice, guidance and solutions.
“While we typically help clients with traditional accounting like audit and tax, we were trying to solve for the issue of how to clearly articulate the broad services Warren Averett offers,” said Chief Marketing Officer Todd Decker. “The WA360 approach allows our team to take a stronger trusted advisor role with our clients.”
In addition to traditional tax and audit services, Warren Averett 360 associates all of our service offerings in to five Client Solution Groups:
Corporate Advisory Services, offers transaction support services, business consulting, specialty tax services, and regulatory, compliance, risk and controls.
Technology and Risk Solutions, offers IT Security services, software evaluation and implementation, risk and compliance, IT System infrastructure, staffing and help desk support.
HR Solutions, led by David Salters, offers executive search and staffing, talent management and consulting, a full-service retirement plan offering, as well as benefit plan design, administration an audits.
Finance Team Support, led by Sandy Coaker, offered outsourced CFO or controller solutions (enabled by cloud-based accounting system software), bookkeeping support, and payroll services.
Personal Solutions, led by Josh Reidinger, offers individuals solutions in wealth management, estate planning, daily money management and personal tax planning.
Warren Averett created a visual guide to help represent the full-circle approach and service offerings. In addition, the Firm is offering a “Trusted Advisor Training Program” that will help our professionals further their role as a trusted advisor in and deepen client relationships through skills such as listening and questioning, as well as education on a breadth of service offerings.
