William Dow, CPA

William Dow joined Warren Averett as a Member and Tax Division Leader in 2003, after serving as a tax partner for an international accounting firm. William has over 40 years of extensive experience serving companies ranging from Fortune 500 to closely held enterprises in industries such as financial institutions, energy, manufacturing and technology. He provides services for mergers and acquisitions, accounting for income taxes, state and local taxes and has provided extensive estate planning and executive income tax services during his career.
