Dianne M. Wilson, SPHR

Dianne Wilson is the Human Resources Consulting Senior Manager and Service Area Leader for the Workplace Division and Recruiting Group at Warren Averett.

With nearly 20 years of experience at Raycom Media, she held various roles including Benefits and Compensation Director, Director of Human Resources, and ultimately, Vice President of Human Resources. Dianne’s HR career began as the Human Resources Regional Director at Norment Industries Manufacturing immediately following graduation from college and then took on the role of Regional HR Director at Durr-Fillauer/Bergen, a medical supply and pharmaceutical distribution company. She later joined Alfa Insurance, where she managed employee benefits and gained extensive experience in administering benefit plans, compensation, stock and retirement plans.
